Customer Display Setup with DolphinPOS APP
Customer Setup
Step 1: For this Setup you need two devices (one for Teller/Cashier display and
other for Customer display).
Step 2: And make sure Both the iPads are connected to same WIFI network.
Step 3: On Customer display iPad, go to IOS “Settings “WIFI Tap on
Network to which it is connected. And note down the IP address
Open DolphinPOS APP, login with the user credentials and
go to” More” “Customer display config”
Configure:
o IP Address: copy from above step3
o Port No:13000 (always Fixed)
o Turn ON flags “is service server” and
o “Enable customer display”͘
Step 4: In the Teller /cashier IPAD
Open DolphinPOS APP, login with the user credentials and
Go to” More” “Setup” “UDP Config͘”
Configure:
o IP Address: copy from above step3 (of customer display)
o Port No:13000 (always Fixed)
o Turn ON flags “is service client” and
o “Enable customer display”
Step 5: Now Close the DolphinPOS App on both the IPADs. First turn ON
Teller/cashier iPad and then turn ON customer display iPad.
On Teller/cashier iPad: Go to “Register” Screen
On customer display iPad: Go to “More” “Customer display config” click
the button “Display screen”
Step 6: Once you start adding items in Teller/cashier iPad, and then should see
same items getting displayed on customer display IPAD.
** Now you are good to go!! **
